Configuration and control is through a touch screen panel and PLC, where process and parameters are viewed.
Speed: from 60 to over 200 pcs/minute, dual line solutions that can provide speeds up to 400 pcs/minute in a single (dual) line.
Wrapping machine structure: frame made of AISI 304 stainless steel
Longitudinal sealing: sealing is done by sealing trailing rollers with a pneumatic opening system to insert the paper and a pneumatic opening system for the sealing rollers.
Transverse sealing and double cutting jaws: transverse sealing and cutting unit, consisting of rotating jaw unit and blade/counter-blade, pneumatic cylinders that open the rollers and stop the paper and ensure precise cutting on the product pitch, machine stop with open sealing jaws to avoid film burns.
