LAIeF at SIGEP 2023

The 44th edition of SIGEP, The Dolce World Expo, will also be taking place this year in the exhibition centre (Quartiere Fieristico) of Rimini, from 21 to 25 January 2023.

Sigep is the world’s most important event dedicated to the world of Artisan Ice Cream and the Art of Confectionery.

Over the 5-day event dedicated to the latest products, innovations and trends, there will be a unique opportunity in Italy to network, compare ideas and business projects with the rest of the world. In a word: sharing.

SIGEP 2023 envisages no fewer than 129,000 m2 dedicated to innovation by over 1,000 exhibitors: 5 supply chains, 28 pavilions hosting workshops held by leading figures in the sector, and demos dedicated to raw materials, machinery and equipment, packaging and services, furnishings, and much more, all relating to Confectionery It is no surprise, therefore, that SIGEP is the Italian Ambassador of Confectionery.

As from 2013 to date, the 44th edition of SIGEP will be held in conjunction with the 7th edition of AB Tech Expo – Arte Bianca & Tecnologie, the International Exhibition of Technologies and Products for Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery for further opportunities for international collaboration.

The historic SIGEP 2023 section dedicated to ice cream brings together the world’s most important companies in the sector. And we at LAIeF will naturally also be there, and look forward to welcoming many of you at our stand in PAV A4 BOOTH 02.
