Pneumatically operating, the volumetric sucker is fully synchronized with the movement of the machine. It sucks up the water ice mix and sends it back into the feeder hopper.

It does not require a pump and has the advantage of keeping the sucked product separate. In the case of multi-flavour ice cream production, this feature is indispensable.

The volumetric sucker is also used to empty moulds during mould washing. Suction cylinder stroke adjustment to optimize the operation according to the size of the mould, to be sucked and washed.

A safety system is provided: if the dosing nozzles have not left the mould, the system stops and goes into alarm. Possibility to also have the system with vacuum pump.
