Ice cream cakes

A machine for producing extruded cakes, the final product is extruded continuously onto plastic trays, which are transported by a peg chain along the production line.

At the end of the process a hot wire cuts the cake to the desired length which is also the length of the tray (multiple of ½”), from here the product is to be moved to a curing line.

The main movement of the machine is mechanical and it is possible to configure the machine to obtain cakes of different sizes, lengths and formats. Decorations can be applied to the side or on top of the cake, just as different ingredients, including dry ingredients, can be used to obtain more elaborate flavours.

You can make layers of ice cream with an intermediate chocolate layer between each level.
