More than 52,000 qualified visitors attended the 2023 edition, all looking for market news and trends. The fair offered a program rich in content and experiences, confirming its importance as a benchmark for the industry.

The mission of Fispal is to contribute to the sustainable growth of the catering industry. During the 2023 edition, more than 3 tons of food was collected for the Quebrada Alimentada project. The event supports more than 40 initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, promoting sustainable consumption and production.
Fispal supports various projects such as Fruta Imperfeita, which combats food waste, and Serenidade do Toque, which offers massages for the blind. In addition, the Café Solar, an initiative to reintegrate the homeless, will participate by donating 200 packs of specialty coffee to Quebrada Alimentada, a project conceived by the restaurant Mocotó that provides food to 400 low-income families in northern São Paulo. During the event, all proceeds from the solidarity ticket will go towards food donations.

To facilitate access to the event, Fispal offers a free shuttle service from the Metrô Tietê station and promotes carpooling. It also works with travel agencies to optimize travel and hotel costs and provides accessibility with motorized chairs for people with reduced mobility.
This initiative rewards exhibitors who choose sustainable solutions for their booths, significantly reducing the waste generated after the event. This award reflects the commitment of Fispal to a greener future.
